I am one of the NON-USA-Chums, and my copy arrived a couple of days ago. I live in Germany and have been afraid that LULU have it print somewhere outside of the EU. This was not the case. My copy had been printed in France and delivered without fuzz. The book is solid hardcover, was bubblewrapped for delivery and arrived safe and sound.
