[SG:U] Street Stories 5 - Kingdom of the Blind

I'm pleased to announce another Street Stories release for Sprawl Goons: Upgraded (or any cyberpunk system of your choice).

Kingdom of the Blind is the fifth offering in this series of scenario frameworks, involving a Chinese military drone, a corporate account manager's breakdown, a heinous crime, gangbangers and ska.

Caution: This adventure seed makes some reference to sexual activity, sex work, psychosis and homicide. And The Chunker.

Insurgency [#sprawlvember]

Today I'm jumping to Prompt Four (because I can), which is Insurgency. Here's ten resistance groups that can be used in Sprawl Goons: Upgraded or your cyberpunk game of choice.

Urban Resistance Cells

  1. The Static Choir: Broadcast anti-corp sermons through hijacked frequencies; half are AI loops of dead journalists.
  2. Chrome Communion: Augmented workers who turned their factory implants into weapons.
  3. The Neon Union: Former city maintenance crews running guerrilla infrastructure wars.
  4. Ghost Circuit: Netrunners uploading subversive memetics into public entertainment feeds.
  5. The Fallow Syndicate: Ex-corporate agronomists sabotaging vertical farms to free food production.
  6. Streetlight Children: Mutated orphans and cloned kids in the underlevels, armed with slingshots and bioweapons.
  7. Electric Saints: A cult of hacktivists who see Black ICE as angels of digital judgment.
  8. The Downtimers: Refuse implants, refuse the net; militant anti-cyberpunk Luddites living on the edge of the Combat Zone.
  9. The Dripfeed Militia: Media workers gone rogue, manipulating public feeds against the corps.
  10. Black Rain: Ex-corporate mercs turned eco-terrorists, armed with clouds of drones.

Flow Network News | #sprawlvember

As #sprawlvember gets under way (join in!), I wanted to draw your attention to these initial entries getting us off to a spectacular start! Warms the heart, it does! 😊

First, we have the vindictive edible-delivered Stomach Eater along with the legendary Nano Charlie over at the ever-productive gregorius21778 blog (guy's a machine). Useable with any cyberpunk system.

Next, there are six nano-infused edibles for your delight at Voices In My Head. Again, system neutral and adaptable to your favourite cyberpunk RPG.

And both the blogs above are practically saturated in cyberpunk goodness. Go and take a deep dive.

Finally, we also have the Sprawl Goons: Upgraded-specific Street Warfare supplement from the very cool Ward Against Evil - a bunch of alternate combat, weapon and armour rules for SG:U - which was an extremely pleasant surprise! With art by the amazing Drew Shields to boot! You can (and MUST) grab a copy HERE (PWYW). More to come, too.
